His interest in music started as a young boy, when he started listening to the Danish radio guru Kim Schumacher. In about 1987 he bought a Commodore 64 computer which he made his first very simple tracks on. At the same time he started DJing in a mobile discotheque and at the local radio station, but he just felt an urge to make more music himself. After replacing the C-64 with the Amiga 500 computer, he bought a 4 track tape recorder, a drum machine and a keyboard and soon after his first “real” sampler – the Ensoniq EPS-16.
